I am disgusted with Wed2be. I went bridesmaid dress shopping at the weekend in your Milton Keynes store. After spending 1.5 hours trying in dresses and deciding on the beautiful Starlet in Silver in a size 10 we went to the desk to order to be asked "Did anyone explain the situation with the bridesmaid dresses at the moment?" We had been told nothing on arrival or when asking questions during the trying in period. Turns out some dresses were being discontinued and new stock g ... ot in etc. But I was told they'd check to see if it was in stock and let me know if it was ok.
On checking it was all ok we ordered and I paid £99 for the perfect dress both myself and my bridesmaid were in love with.
Today I received a call advising me the only one they had of the dress was damaged and asking me if I wanted an alternative dress! Or a refund. I explained to the gentleman how we had set our hearts on the dress. It was the only one you had that fit and looked right. Why would I trust your company to find me an alternative dress when you couldn't even get the first order for me. linen wedding dresses
I'm devastated and don't think the gentleman I spoke to really cared about how upsetting this situation is. I will never use your company again and will advise all my friends and acquaintances to steer well clear.
